I finally checked out a non-audio copy from the library, so I've started reading this one again! I had to start over from the beginning though, in case I missed anything last time.

I just got to the part where Burns talks about strategies to deal with procrastination, and I'm so excited because that's a big problem of mine! It turns out that I used similar methods to deal with my procrastination in high school. I had no idea I was using cognitive therapy on myself :P.
You would think that since it's spring break I'd be reading more books, not less, but since my schedule's all wacky that's not the case :(.
